Vietnamese Red Cabbage Salad Bowl

Shredded red and white cabbage, basil, mint, cilantro, thin sliced scallion, and a funky dressing of fresh lime juice, thai fish sauce, and cane vinegar, served on the side, along with salt roasted chopped peanuts. You toss to combine before serving. Serves 4-6 as a side, or 2 as a meal. Add your favorite grilled protein on the top and you've got a big, full, beautiful plate.
