Spinach Pie

Another way to get your greens. My mother’s recipe, always a good staple to have on hand. Gently sautéed spinach, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses, baked with quiche filling (local eggs and cream) in our all butter pie pastry. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Great to have on hand! Serves 4-6.
