Southern Style Collard Greens

Fresh, local collards, chopped and slow simmered with smoked bacon, sauteed onion and garlic, chili flake, apple cider, and lots of vinegar. These pack a punch. They are slightly sweet, slightly spicy, probably not loved by kids. One packed pint feeds 4-6 and keeps you strong and healthy all winter long.
