Roasted Butternut Squash, Sage and Polenta Bake

Oven roasted butternut, caramelized shallots, a dusting of toasted pecans, a drizzle of brown butter, and lots of fresh sage. It's all piled atop a bed of creamy polenta, made with Chapel Hill Creamery Calvander, Homeland Creamery dairy, and a little mascarpone cheese.
