One pound of slow cooked pulled Firsthand Foods pork shoulder, lightly seasoned with a NC vinegar based sauce and generally unadorned otherwise except for the flavors you get from slow cooking a high quality piece of meat that’s been pasture raised and sustainably fed. We’re sending you 2 sauces for the side… an Alabama white sauce, and a NC style vinegar sauce.
