NC Shrimp Salad

Tender poached North Carolina shrimp from Locals Seafood tossed in a house remoulade sauce made with Dukes mayonnaise, chopped capers, pickles, peppadew peppers and fresh chives. Smoked paprika and a touch of red onion take it right to New Orleans. This is perfect piled on soft burger buns for sandwiches, or served on lettuce leaves with a few slices of boiled egg and a cherry tomato or two. Or snack with your favorite crackers or crostini.  Available in 8oz or 12oz containers.
