A Spanish style tuna salad that's unexpected and hearty. Soft boiled potatoes, carrots, a little onion, hard boiled egg, and tuna. All tossed in a light mayonnaise-based dressing and topped with a little grated hard boiled egg. It's snacking tuna, not sandwich tuna. Great served with crostini or some sort of dry breadsticks or just a chunk of bread. 12 ounces serves several as an appetizer or light lunch.
