Market Greens Pie

Sauteed farmers market greens... all of them. Kale, tender spinach, a little arugula, everything green and fresh from the ground. We saute it all in olive oil with a little garlic and a few heavy pinches of chili flake, then bake it in our all butter pastry with quiche filling and a little white cheddar and mozzarella cheese. A lovely breakfast, lunch or dinner. Serves 6-8.
