Hashbrown Casserole Pie

A staple. Great for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Our buttery pie dough filled with shredded potatoes, a little sautéed onion, tons of white and yellow cheddar, and just enough eggs and cream to hold it all together. A splash of franks hot sauce makes it just right.
