Firsthand Foods Beef and Lamb Shepherds Pie

A traditional, cozy supper. Locally and sustainably raised ground beef and lamb, slowly braised with cremini mushrooms, sweet carrots and peas, and finished with a red wine gravy. We top the whole thing with fluffy buttermilk mashed potatoes. This freezes beautifully, and serves 3-4.
