Company Casserole

A staple in our home. The dish my mother made whenever company came, which earned it it’s nickname from me and my sisters. Pasta (orrechiette, little bowls to hold plenty of sauce and cheese!), roasted tomato bechamel, lots of tender cauliflower, mozzarella, parmesan, oregano. You bake until bubbly, with lots of crispy cheese bits. Great for kids, even better for adults.
