Slow roasted winter squash, sauteed onions, and tart apples simmer together with warm spices, apple cider, and vegetable stock. We puree it all into a silky smooth soup, and finish with a little coconut cream. Vegetarian. Does not contain gluten or wheat as an ingredient, though we are a bakery where flour is ever present. 24 ounces serves 3-4.
