Butter Chicken

Tandoori spice rubbed chicken thighs, marinated in yogurt and a blend of ginger, fenugreek seeds, whole cumin, garam masala, and fresh lime. We simmer the chicken in a mild but rich curry made from toasted spices, tomato, roasted red pepper, ground almonds, fragrant ginger, garlic, turmeric and onion cooked in butter. Just a touch of cream and a little pat of butter get stirred in at the end to finish, a nod to it's name. We're sending along a little dish of cardamom infused basmati rice to serve with. Available as a quart (serves 3-4) or as a pint (serves 1-2).
