We are all mildly obsessed with this loaf. It's spicy, with a heavy helping of coarsely ground fresh black pepper. Tons of asiago make it cheesy and salty throughout, and the white sourdough base is soft and feathery... perfect for ripping apart, or slicing for toast or sandwiches. A beautiful loaf.
