Beef Enchilada Bake

Firsthand Foods beef, gently sauteed with finely diced onion and wrapped in 4 soft flour tortillas. We top it all with a slow simmered toasted guajillo enchilada sauce (not spicy) and loads of monterey jack cheese. You bake at home for a smashable, craveable meal. Serves a very hungry 2, or 4 with several sides. Freezes great.
