Tomato Bisque

A classic recipe from James Beard. It’s a creamy tomato bisque with FULL flavor and a satiny smooth texture. This contains beef broth so it’s not vegetarian, but it is “warm your bones” delicious. Grab a Ciabatta for dunking, or a country sourdough to make grilled cheese. 24oz. Probably doesn’t freeze great.
