BLT Salad Bowl with deviled egg vinaigrette

Local Bibb lettuces, cherry tomatoes, grated hard boiled farm egg, spring peas, scallion, thick cut bacon, and a deviled egg vinaigrette to bring it all together. We send along our buttery rye croutons on the side to sprinkle over the top.  This is the summertime version of our asparagus salad bowls in the spring… but with bacon and tomatoes subbed in for asparagus. This is one you’ll want all summer.
