Southern Style Squash Casserole

This recipe comes from one Mrs. Sondra, best squash casserole maker in all the land. We use local yellow squash and plenty of sauteed onion with salt and pepper, ritz cracker crumbs, cheddar cheese and a bit of egg and milk. It's rich and cheesy, but magically still a vegetable.
