Smoked Gouda and Bacon Cavatappi Bake

Cavatappi pasta tossed with rendered applewood bacon and a lightly smoked gouda cream sauce. We fold in thin slivers of scallion and top it all with buttery toasted house bread crumbs. Serves 3 as supper, or 4-6 as a hearty side.
