Slow Stewed Black Beans

Black beans, soaked then simmered with dry toasted spices, a little black coffee, a few charred chillies and not much else. Vegetarian, very versitle, and perfect as a side to any of the above dishes. One pint serves 3 as a meal over rice, 4-6 as a side, or you every day of the week, in many ways.
