Sea Island Red Peas

Tender Anson Mills sea island red peas, cooked with just a little mirepoix, salt, and a little olive oil. We're sending the makings of a traditional New Year's Day feast... these are the cooler older cousin of the black eyed pea, here to ensure a lucky year.
