Rosemary + Roasted Potato Sourdough

Potatoes, sweet onions and rosemary all get roasted together until nice and caramelized at the edges. We add that, and a big handful of fresh rosemary into our sourdough loaf, then bake it for a fragrant, texturally mystic loaf. Very versatile... can make a snack into a meal.
