Rocky Road Cookies

Another drool worthy cookie from our pastry bakers. A double chocolate cookie studded with toasted pecans, white chocolate chunks and pieces of homemade marshmallow which really just melt into pools of caramel when baked. It’s fudgy, funky, nutty, gooey…. These are a winner. 4 cookies. Serves one adult plus one small child, maybe, only if the small child knows they exist.
