A sourdough loaf, bolstered with whole oatmeal, cooked into a porridge before being added into the dough. This makes for an unbelievably fragrant loaf that’s almost creamy in texture... perfect for ripping apart. It'll slice beautifully on day 2. Excellent for toast, sammies, or just to snack on.
