Meditteranean Chicken and Bowtie Pasta

Lightly roasted artichoke hearts, fresh spinach and marinated sun-dried tomatoes get tossed with bow tie pasta and our house made basil pesto. We top it all off with brined and hot roasted chicken breast. An easy win. Serves 4 for lunch or supper.
