A Hawaiian style roasted chicken... we send you one half of a whole chicken, marinated in a blend of mirin, soy, ginger, and a little garlic, then hot roasted and served over fluffy coconut rice. We send along a side of HuliHuli sauce for basting and dunking... like a sweet chili sauce, but made with fresh pineapple, sorghum and honey. It's slightly sweet, gently spiced, full on flavor.
