Corn Succotash

Local corn, cut from the cob and gently sauteed with baby limas and peppers, a little spring onion. We bring it all together with chicken stock (so it's not vegetarian, sorry) and finish with a little cream and fresh herbs. A really gorgeous little something to have in your fridge. It's a side, or dinner with grilled seafood or your favorite protein. One pint. Serves 4 as a side.
