Corn Pudding Spoonbread

Half southern cornbread, half creamy corn pudding. More spice and flavor than any corn pudding you’ve ever met with a little toasted cumin and flecks of green chile. This is made with locally ground corn meal, sweet corn kernels and buttermilk. It’s versatile enough to serve at any meal. Great with your slaw, beans, and fried eggs for breakfast or served alongside your Tacos. Serves 4-6.
