Chilled Buttermilk Cucumber Soup

A lovely, smooth chilled soup. NC grown cucumbers, mixed with creamy Greek yogurt, lemon juice, a touch of fresh ginger and a savory syrup we make in house using fresh basil and herbs. It's clean, smooth, and so very flavorful. One pint serves 2 for lunch and is a beautiful presentation.
