Chicken n' Dumplins

Extra rich bone broth, made from whole birds and extra wings, simmered slowly with carrots and celery before those things are discarded and not recognizable except for the depth of flavor. We add in poached'n'pulled chicken breast, and handmade buttermilk dumplins (the flat kind, like you might find in Cracker Barrel). We're sending you one quart, which feeds 4 with a side, or a generous 3.
