Broccoli Crunch Salad

This salad is so good that we’ve starting keeping it on hand in the cooler in the shop. That way we can have it everyday. Tender broccoli florets left raw, and tossed with a light and sweet yogurt and honey vinaigrette, white cheddar, plump golden raisins, and a handful of toasted pumpkin seeds. One pint makes a great side for 4 or 5, or serves 2-3 as a heartier dinner over lettuces with whatever protein you’re throwing on the grill.
