Bolognese Bake

We start with our slow cooked Bolognese sauce, made with local pork and beef, and lots of tiny diced winter carrots and sweet onions, with just a touch of tomato and a splash of white wine. Then we fold in rigatoni and Parmesan and send it to you under a blanket of creamy bechamel. You bake at home for a cozy, comforting, hearty dinner. Feeds 4 with a salad, or two starving adults and maybe 2 peckish kids.
