Blueberry Rhubarb Pie

 Local blueberries and local Lyons Farm rhubarb, tossed with a little sugar and baked under a blanket of oat crumble. This pie is soft, and doesn’t cut neatly, but it will wow a crowd just the same with its sweet-tart flavors and strong blueberry scent. Baked in our all butter pie pastry… with a little whipped cream, it’s totally perfect.
