Blueberry Poptart

Local blueberries, mashed up a bit, tossed with a little sugar and flour and a pinch of salt and baked into our very flaky, not very sweet poptart dough. Topped with buttermilk glaze. Here for a good time not a long time, get ‘em while the gettin’s good.
