Apricot and Sage Sausage Roll

Ground local pork, fresh sage, jammy apricots, black pepper, pickled mustard seeds, and finely chopped celery, make a house made sausage that's stuffed inside our flaky puff pastry. It's a hearty meal, good to share. Great with English mustard and cold beer.
